Correction - the attachment does not include everything. this is just a summary of the small book (linguistic toolkit) which is just one third of the required course material. Other requirements include chapters from the big green book - I think it's called worlds of English. For the Midterm, we should briefly study the toolkit, and concentrate on the first two chapters from the big green book.
